A company is looking for a Vice President of RCM Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the RCM production operations team,
overseeing onboarding and vendor relationships
Develop and execute strategies to improve key RCM KPIs and ensure
vendor performance
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive technology
adoption and continuous improvement in revenue cycle processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience in revenue cycle management
10+ years of management experience supervising direct employees
Experience managing off-shore RCM vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SmartSheet
