Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Sample Operations
and Production.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to define objectives
and develop effective packaging solutions
Direct outside vendors to develop and manufacture packaging
structures and inserts, ensuring timely delivery and necessary
approvals
Manage the flow of packaging projects across teams including
Product Management, Product Marketing, and Operations
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree
5+ years of leadership experience in relevant positions
Experience in platforms like Netsuite, Salesforce, Tableau, or
other business intelligence tools
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and G-Suite
Prior experience in managing samples and implementation in the K-12
market is a plus
