Job Description:
A company is looking for a Platform Operations Manager to
oversee their payment and banking platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the payment and banking
platform
Contribute to platform strategy and define objectives and key
results
Lead continuous improvement efforts in platform performance and
compliance
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in managing payments or card platforms in
fintech, consulting, or banking
Strong knowledge of the FinTech industry, including payment
facilitators and card issuing
Experience with payment processing, card issuing, and network
management
Familiarity with financial regulations and payment industry
standards is a plus
