Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they
understand and adopt the software platform
Oversee multiple onboarding projects, coordinating with internal
teams to meet milestones
Track and analyze onboarding performance to refine processes and
enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS
environment
Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience in managing large
datasets
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with effective time
management skills
Collaborative team player who can work independently in a
fast-paced environment
Empathetic and passionate about customer success and organizational
efficiency
