Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Account Manager/Producer
responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding
the client base.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads to build a strong pipeline of potential
clients
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and
provide tailored solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure
long-term satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Must hold appropriate insurance licenses as required by state
regulations
Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or in a similar sales
role
Strong understanding of various insurance products, including life,
health, property, and casualty
Sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to close deals and
achieve revenue goals
