Required Qualifications

Experience handling customer issues with excellent de-escalation skills
Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and work environments
