Job Description:

A company is looking for a Vice President of Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees the full life cycle of the recruiting process and develops strategies for timely and cost-effective hiring
Manages a shared services function, spearheading campaigns and sourcing initiatives for candidate pooling
Responsible for vendor management and creating processes to enhance hiring speed and quality

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree
10 - 14 years of experience in the BPO/Call Center industry
Experience with global high-volume onsite and remote hiring
Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams
Experience with developing targeted hiring sourcing strategies, preferably in healthcare insurance
