• Technology Driven: You'll be responsible for fostering a strong agile discipline and inspiring teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics. You'll partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutions that solve material customer and business problems.
• Integrated Problem Solving: Develop and champion a bold vision that drives meaningful outcomes by embracing the art of the possible. Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer.
• Transformational Leadership: You'll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments.The "Prometheus" Platform is the Enterprise Financial Ledger that will power existing and new Financial Products at Capital One. The platform's accounting engine is the heart of the platform that provides the System of Record functionality for Financial Accounts and Transactions.As a Senior Product Leader for the platform, you will lead the strategy and execution of the accounting engine, and manage the relationships and needs of our key LOB stakeholders who will onboard onto the platform. The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about solving some of the thorniest problems on Financial Accounts, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and enjoys figuring out the optimal platform answers with our Tech Partners that solves for business need and engineering best practices.
  • Create a long-term roadmap for the accounting engine that supports a broader enterprise vision and industry trends.
  • Engage Lines of Business (LOBs) to define, prioritize and build reusable capabilities to support multiple Financial Products across the company.
  • Partner closely with Tech to ensure that the platform architecture can support the value drivers of the modernization business cases.
  • Collaborate with Program to create and maintain well-defined and sustainable communication channels with our LOB partners.
  • Ensure the platform is accurate and performant.
  • Develop and align on the platform's data posture.

      • Bachelor's Degree
      • At least 8 years of experience in digital product managementPreferred Qualifications:
        • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
        • MBA or Master's degree
        • 8+ years of experience in Agile product management
