Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a global solution engineering leadership team
while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting
as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement sales
strategies that align with customer needs and business
objectives
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales
roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
Second-line leadership experience with a proven ability to lead
leaders and align with strategic objectives
Demonstrated success in leading and scaling a sales engineering
team in a high-growth environment
Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and develop
technical talent
