Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive

the responsible and efficient application of technology resources
by assessing opportunities for reusing existing solutions, clearly
defining minimum viable products, and always building with
extensibility in mind.

possible. Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable
effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer.

product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business

alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments. You'll
attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they
develop and deliver on their local product strategy in an
iterative, outcome-focused and well-managed way.As part of the
role, you will:
- Be responsible for shaping the governance, strategy and
implementation of key data products that are critical to the
customer experience.
- Enable successful launch of data products which will enable us
to provide better data accessibility using standardized data,
quicker insights and targeted product development for data
scientists, analysts and product managers.
- This role will also oversee project management activities for
critical initiatives within the consumer data team.We want you if

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in digital product
managementPreferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product management
- 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and
analysis into consumer facing digital productsCapital One will

annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please
note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed
upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid
On-Site): $233,100 - $266,000 for Director, Product
ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be
subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the
actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the
time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer
letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance-based
incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or
long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or
non-discretionary depending on the plan.Capital One offers a
