Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in insurance product development and
management
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing teams
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or
related field; MBA preferred
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching
innovative insurance products
Deep understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory
landscape
