Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Operations Continuous Improvement for the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the implementation of the Lubrizol Operating System (LOS) and standard work processes
Lead the development of a Lean Six Sigma community and coach on Kaizen principles
Manage third-party consultants and support plants in productivity tracking and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Chemical/Refining Operations/Manufacturing
Proven management experience in a plant leadership team role or Director-level position
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical focus
Experience with Manufacturing Work Processes, Lean tools, and operational excellence capabilities
Petrochemical/Refining Industry experience preferred
