Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Identity Access Management
(IAM) Manager to oversee Workforce IAM, Identity Governance and
Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration and optimization of IAM platforms
Oversee service management for IAM platforms, ensuring they meet
organizational needs
Manage a team of IAM professionals, providing mentorship and
support for career development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related
field
Minimum of seven years of experience in IAM, focusing on Workforce
IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions
At least three years of leadership experience managing IAM teams or
projects
Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, policies, and best
practices
Experience managing IAM tools and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Entra
ID, CyberArk)
