You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in accordance with client requirements and company objectives. Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and materials to ensure smooth project execution.Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives. Delegate tasks, provide direction, and support team members to ensure project success.Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and reviews to identify and address any deficiencies or deviations from project requirements.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and delays. Proactively address issues as they arise and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale electrical projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Interested in hearing more?
