A company is looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer,
West.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer
requirements and converting them to technical requirements
Lead discovery calls and deliver product demos to prospective
customers and internal teams
Drive adoption during proof of values and translate prospect use
cases into technical solutions
Qualifications We Value:
7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with 1-3 years in
a technical pre-sales role
Hands-on experience with Conversational AI
Highly organized with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn new technology quickly and explain solutions in
business terms
Knowledge of Salesforce.com and contact center technologies is a
plus
