Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Lead Engineer,
fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the development
team
Act as a subject-matter expert for Java technologies and guide team
members through technical challenges
Develop high-level software architecture and create comprehensive
technical documentation
Required Qualifications
Multiple years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with
leadership experience
Experience in software architecture or a similar role
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies
(Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
Cloud computing experience, specifically with Amazon Web Services
(AWS)
Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide and motivate
development teams
