Lead, Platform EngineerCard Tech Authorizations organization is at a pivotal phase where we are building new capabilities toenable, innovate, secure and scale our platform while continuing to make investments in our existingbusiness critical services. We are actively seeking a senior level System Integrator who will beresponsible for upfront discovery, analysis, and solutioning of new initiatives and operationsmanagement.As a leader in this tech organization, this individual will be responsible for partnering with Productteam/Product Owners and Engineering leaders along with Architects to analyze and help derive solutions.Additionally this individual will be responsible for working with Scrum Masters and Product Owners tohelp build the muscle on Agile Backlog grooming and co-lead grooming sessions.You will have the opportunity to tackle complex problems while using your expertise to deliver andsupport our services. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate and influence partnersvertically and horizontally throughout the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and theability to integrate into a dynamic environment are essential to succeeding in this role.General Responsibilities:

• Manages complex troubleshooting efforts that cross multiple platforms and technical disciplines
• Strong understanding of the business. Able to quickly understand business needs and translate these needs into technical solutions
• Implements standard patterns and solutions to increase design and implementation efficiency
• Recognizes and implements automation opportunities
• Actively solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements
• Assimilate information and requirements from a variety of sources into one comprehensive view
• Very strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal IT, third party vendors, and business partners
• Learn & analyze complex, interconnected business processes / systems
• Translate requirements into technical specs for core IT teams to figure out how we are going to reach a solution
• Manage multiple tasks / projects in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Focus on reuse, scalability, resilience and performance of the solution
• Identify technical obstacles early and work closely with teams to find creative solutions
• Educate team members (including BSAs, Scrum Masters and Product Owners) on capabilities and constraints of technology platforms
• Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teamsBasic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 5 years of experience with systems integrationPreferred Qualifications:
    • 6+ years experience with systems integration
    • 3+ years of experience with network protocols, systems administration and application development

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Lead Platform Engineer - - - - - - - - - -Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
