A company is looking for a Head of Growth Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute growth experiments for acquisition, activation,
monetization, and retention improvements
Collaborate with product and data science teams to integrate
analytics tools and identify growth opportunities
Design and run A/B tests to drive key metrics such as signups and
conversions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of growth marketing engineering experience
2+ years leading growth engineering at a SaaS startup
Experience building marketing tools for self-serve SaaS
products
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing
frameworks
Proficiency in tech stack including React, Typescript, NodeJS,
Postgres, and MongoDB
