Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, FedRamp.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design, development, and operations of a
FedRAMP-compliant version of the SaaS product
Partner with compliance teams to meet FedRAMP requirements,
including security controls and audits
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
focused on the initiative
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in
building successful SaaS products
4+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
Experience with Azure and interacting with Federal customers
Proven experience leading teams in building and maintaining
FedRAMP-compliant products
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a
related field (Master's preferred)
