We are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure smooth financial operations. Full-Charge Bookkeeper Job Details:

• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Pay Rate: Up to $29.00 per hour (based upon experience) Full-Charge Bookkeeper Job Description:
  • Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
    • Manage Accounts Payable, including approving and paying vendor invoices for materials and supplies.
    • Oversee Accounts Receivable, preparing invoices for clients and ensuring timely payments.
    • Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for data entry, reconciliation, and generating financial reports for management.
    • Assist with General Ledger accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations. Full-Charge Bookkeeper Job Requirements:
      • Education: Minimum of a 2-year degree in Accounting or a related field.
      • Experience: At least 3 years of experience with:
        
        • QuickBooks Desktop, including data entry and report generation.
        • Accounts Payable, approving and processing vendor invoices.
        • Accounts Receivable, preparing and managing client invoices.
        • General Ledger accounting principles and practices.
        • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
