Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Performance Analyst 3 -
Managed Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with various departments on routine and ad-hoc
financial projects
Analyzes complex financial data to identify improvement
opportunities and propose recommendations
Develops and tests reports from diverse data sources and ensures
data integrity in reporting processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience
3 years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Business,
Statistics, or a related field
Experience in healthcare finance, particularly in managed care and
hospital reimbursement is preferred
Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and
the managed care marketplace
Proficiency in contract/data management systems and advanced skills
in Excel
