Senior Staff Accountant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full invoice process in the AP system, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
Manage vendor onboarding and payment preferences, including W9 collection
Collaborate with the performance team on practice payments and troubleshoot financial system errors

Required Qualifications

BS in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
Strong analytical skills with Excel experience
Experience with NetSuite and Tipalti is preferred
Healthcare/SaaS experience is a plus
