Job Description:

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the talent acquisition life cycle.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating job descriptions, posting requisitions, and managing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment cycle
Collaborate with the internal recruiter to screen candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate pre-employment processes
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including maintaining recruiting reports and participating in new hire orientation

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, with 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or 6 years in HR coordination
Moderate knowledge of California employment laws and human resource compliance issues
Experience with social media, job placement agencies, and online job search engines
Proficient in end-user software programs and applicant tracking systems, with Jobvite knowledge preferred
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently in a high-paced environment
